About Battleship North Carolina
A WWII battleship permanently moored on the Cape Fear River across from downtown Wilmington, open for self-guided tours through nine levels.

Dogs and Accessibility
- Dogs: Only ADA service animals are permitted on the ship or in the visitor center.
- Accessibility: Wheelchair or walker visitors can tour the main deck and the fully accessible SECU Memorial Walkway. Upper and lower decks have steep ladders, narrow passages and uneven decks. The Battleship does not provide wheelchairs. Sneakers recommended.
