Venue states it meets ADA requirements. Accessible seating sold at the box office and on Ticketmaster (up to three companion seats per accessible seat; Ticketmaster accessible line (800) 745-3000). Elevator to the arena floor from the main concourse entryway; Thomas Wolfe Auditorium has NO elevator access at this time; Banquet Hall elevator is in the Jan Davis Lobby. All restrooms accessible. Free wheelchair escorts and loaner wheelchairs on request (photo ID as collateral). Service animals (dogs and miniature ponies) allowed, leashed or harnessed. Sign language interpretation at select events, request at least two weeks ahead via Guest Services.
