App State's football stadium, known as The Rock, opened as Conrad Stadium in 1962 and renamed for Kidd Brewer in 1988. It sits in Boone with a north end zone facility completed in 2020-21.

Clear bag policy since 2017: clear plastic bags up to 12 x 6 x 12 in and small clutches up to 4.5 x 6.5 in. Not approved: diaper bags, backpacks, camera/binocular cases, tinted or printed bags, fanny packs, oversized totes and mesh bags. Medically necessary items allowed after inspection. Foam seat cushions and seat backs up to 18 in without armrests allowed. All five entrances have walk-through metal detectors.
